I am sorry to say, but I don't think that Splinter Cell 3D is compatible with the Circle Pad Pro. I'm not even sure that attachment was planned whilst Splinter Cell 3D was in development.

No sorry it doesn't work as the game is not designed to work with it. seeing that it is an older game they might release it again so it does. sorry but no it doesn't work
